Congrats! You Discovered Quaker!

Built between 1780 and 1782, this Pennsylvania Quaker who reportedly migrated here to avoid military service. At the time of its building, this territory was part of Washington District of North Carolina. This is believed to be the first home built in Clay County, and parts of it remain here on display.
