Congrats! You Discovered Old Mill
This scenic treasure is located on the Blackburn Fork State Scenic River, a tributary of the Roaring River State Scenic River, which flows into the Cumberland River and Cordell Hull Watershed. This land was acquired by John Cummins in about 1830. From 1845-1928 this was the location of the historic Cummins Mill. This land was continuously owned by the Cummins family for more than 180 years. Availability of the land was facilitated by fifth generation owners: Carl, James and David Cummins.
