Hartsaw Cove Farm and The Christian family name remained on land records for 181 years. In 1973 A. E. Christian sold the land to Millard V. and R. L. Oakley. Millard and wife, J. Annette Oakley, raised cattle on the farm recognized as the oldest pioneer county farm in Overton County and Upper Cumberland area.
